Honket is a Zurich-based female artist who recently completed her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Fine Arts.

Her practice explores emotions through symbolic and surreal worlds inhabited by curious creatures, where the boundaries between the familiar and the fantastical begin to dissolve. Drawing from the visual languages of plants, animals, and fantasy, Honket creates hybrid environments in which organic forms and imaginary beings coexist, transforming inner states into visual narratives.

Rather than offering a fixed interpretation, her works invite viewers to wander through these strange and intimate worlds, to become part of their stories and form their own emotional connections with the creatures and landscapes they encounter. Her paintings function as fragments of larger narratives. Places where symbolism, imagination, and emotion intertwine.

Working primarily with acrylic on canvas and digital painting in Procreate, Honket develops detailed, otherworldly scenes that feel both dreamlike and strangely familiar.
